The Heart Child

          You most likely have one in your life. Your heart child is a person in your life that you've given a small piece of your heart to. You love this person like anyone you ever loved, but something happened along the way that prevented you from ever asking them if they felt the same way. Now they own a claim to the corner of your heart and you never collected on theirs. But its okay. you should never push this relationship if you're able to avoid it, because though they may have taken a piece with them they will unknowingly keep it safe. You can most likely always find comfort in talking to this person. When you do end up taking a risk and getting your heart broken, at least you have a small piece invested somewhere else.
